摘    要:针对江苏水稻病虫害灾变规律变化发展的新特点,以及农药减量控害难度加大、稻米品质质量要求提高等社会需求,结合农药残留风险关键控制点和农药施用对稻米品质的影响分析,提出了水稻病虫害"前防、中控、后保"的全程简约化防控新策略。构建了以"种苗处理和穗期病虫绿色用药"为核心、以"生态调控"为配套的水稻不同生长时期防控技术体系和基于智能化监测预警技术及精准选药用药技术的支撑保障体系。针对苏南、苏中和苏北稻区的差异化防控需求,建立了分区域分阶段的"X+ΔY+Z"全程简约化防控技术模式。通过多点多年示范应用,取得了显著的经济、社会、生态效益。

Abstract:In response to the new characteristics of the occurrence of rice pests and diseases in Jiangsu, as well as the increasing difficulty of pesticide reduction, and the requirements of rice quality improvement, we analyzed the impact of pesticide application on rice quality and take into account the key elements of pesticide residue risk control, and proposed a new and simplified prevention and control strategy of rice pests and diseases. This strategy can be summarized as "preprevention, mid-control, and post-protection". A system of green control technologies for rice in different growth periods was established, with the core concept of "applying seedling treatment and green pesticides at ear stage" and the supplement of "ecological regulation". Meanwhile, we also developed a supporting system based on intelligent monitoring technology and precise pesticide application technology. In view of the different pest control needs of the southern, central,and northern Jiangsu rice planted regions, an "X +ΔY +Z" whole-process simplified prevention and control technology model that varied by region and stage was established. After years of demonstration and application, significant economic,social, and ecological benefits have been achieved.
