摘    要:对比试验结果表明,甲壳素单独使用、甲壳素与放线菌混合使用、甲壳素与放线菌和枯草杆菌混合使用灌根,对仙客来枯萎病均具有明显的防治效果,仙客来成活率显著提高,其防效与常用化学农药相当。同时对仙客来的生长发育均有促进作用。处理后根的数量、根系的鲜重和干重均有显著增加,并使叶片数增多,冠径增大。此外,单独使用甲壳素还使土壤中放线菌数量明显增加。

Abstract:The results of comparison experiments indicated that controlling effect was significant on fusarium oxysporum of C. persicum when its root of was irrigated with chitin alone or chitin plus actionmycete or chitin plus actionmyucete plus Bacillus subtilis. Survival ratio of C. persicum was improved significantly. The controlling effect was comparable to commonly used chemical pesticides. Meanwhile, the treatments had promoting effects on the development and growth of C. persicum. After treatment, root number, fresh weight and dry weight of root system increased greatly, leaf number also increased and plant canopy became bigger. In addition, actionmycete number in soil increased when chitin was applied alone.
