RF-1小麦品系抗赤霉病机理初探

摘    要:高抗赤霉病且丰产性较好的RF-1小麦品系和泗麦2号小麦比较后发现:该品种在扬花后残留的花药极少,穗形结构松散,麦穗主轴弯曲度大,穗轴表皮下机械组织排列紧密且层次多。室内离体麦穗接种的病情扩展较对照品种慢。

Abstract:The resistance of the variety of the high yield of RF-1 wheat to Gibberella zeae has been compared with that of Shi-2 wheat.The antheres surviving on the little flower of the flowered wheat are very little.The form of head is loose. the curve of the axis of head is big. The arrangement of machine-made organized in the skin is tight and its layeres of the cell are more.The extension of the disease is slow,uhich has been showed by Gibberella zeae come into contact with the stigma of the cut head into room.
