摘    要:本文通过在半自然下探讨不同初始成虫密度对广聚萤叶甲Ophraella communa种群扩增的影响。结果表明:初始密度对该叶甲种群发展和扩张影响显著。高初始密度(20对)处理的种群数量上升迅速,在短期内可迅速达到较高的水平;中等密度(5~10对)处理的种群增长速度较平缓,但在30d内亦可获得较高的种群数量;低密度(3对)处理的种群增长缓慢,在较长时间内亦无法达到理想的种群数量。根据试验结果,推荐大棚规模化饲养的起始成虫密度应为0.4~0.7头/株,以确保30d内获得较高的种群数量。
