| 摘 要： | 为避免基因推导的简单化以及增强基因推导的准确性,本研究利用多菌株分组,在不同环境条件下(温室和人工气候箱),用直接比较法在不同年份对同一批小麦品种进行了抗叶锈基因推导,结合系谱分析,在10个小麦品种中得如下结果:京农86-161和京农86-6554含有Lr26;H88-65含Lr15和Lr26;唐麦4号、京农86-74和农大84016含Lr26和另一个未确定的抗性基因;京农89-S4069和太原163所含的抗性基因与供试的已知Lr基因不同;在京411和太原768中不含抗性基因。

| Abstract: | For the sake of avoiding the simplicity in pustulating resistance genes against leaf rust of wheat and of enhancing the accuracy of determination, repeated trials by using multi-isolates of rust under different environmental conditions and at different times were adopted. The results of different pustulations were compared and analyzed with the pedigree of wheat cultivars. The names of resistance genes of 10 wheat cultivars were listed. |
