摘    要: 窖藏白菜腐烂是由许多细菌造成的。最重要的是Erwinia aroideaeE.phytophthora以及被认为是腐生菌的三种芽孢杆菌Bacillus pumilus,B.poly-myxaB.subtilis。试验证明在一定条件下后者能引致明显的腐烂。

Abstract:A number of bacteria species were found to be responsible for the decay of the Chinese cab-bage in storage.The most important were Erwinia aroideae and E.phytophthora,however,three sporogenous bacteria namely Bacillus pumilus,B.polymyxa and B.subtilis which had been con-sidered as saprophytes,were demonstrated to play a definite role during the process of de-caying under certain conditions.
