摘    要: 以本室保存的RBSV沙县毒源,经人工饲养纯化的黑尾叶蝉(Nephotettix cinctice ps)带毒虫,采用笼罩集团接种法,结合试管定苗定虫接种法,进行抗性测定。结果在供试的156个水稻种质材料中,未见免疫类型,但品种间存在明显的抗性差异,其稻苗发病率在2.09%~88.51%,其中属于高抗的类型有包胎矮、包胎矮选、赤块矮3号和珍龙选3号等品种,可供病区推广使用或作为抗病育种的抗源材料。高抗品种不仅能明显降低病苗率、延长病害潜育期,而且能显著缩短带毒虫的寿命、降低无毒虫的获毒率、减少病株内的病毒量。

Abstract:Rice bunchy stunt virus (RBSV)isolated from Sha county and preserved in the Laboratory and viruliferous Nephotettix cincticeps selected and propagated artificially were used to carry out the resistance tests of rice varieties against RBSV with mass inoculation in cages and inoculation of single seedling in a test tube with a single vector.Results showed no immune variety was found among 156 rice germplasm accessions, but obvious difference of resistance among varieties existed, of which disease rate varied from 2.09 to 88.51%.It was suggested that cvs.Baotaiai, Baotaiaixuan, Chikuaiai No.3 with high resistant type should be expanded in diseased areas or used as resource materials for disease-resistant breeding against the virus.Highly resistant varieties not only reduced the percentage of infected plants and prolonged the latent period of the disease significantly, but also shortened the life-span of viruliferous insects and reduced the percentage of virus-free insects acquring virus and the virus concentration of infected plants.
