中国西部省区投资环境比较研究

与以往研究略有不同,本文从资源、经济、市场、科管文教(科技、管理与文教)、基础设施和社会服务六方面构建包括25个二级指标、36个三级指标的区域投资环境评价指标体系,并在此基础上采用了基于主成分分析、层次分析两种方法的组合评价法进行了中国西部省区投资环境状况研究,通过计算中国西部11个省区(西藏除外)和三大地带的投资环境组合指数,分析了西部与东部省区投资环境的地域差异性以及西部省区投资环境存在的问题,最后提出了改善西部省区投资环境的对策建议。

Study on the Regional Investment Environment of Provinces in the West China

In this paper,the regional investment environment evaluation index system including second index of 25,third index of 36 from six respects which are resources,economy,market,science and technology,management and culture and education,infrastructure,social service were infrestructured.On this base two evaluation methods,such as Principle Component Analysis(PCA),Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) were adopted to study the regional investment environment state in the West China.Through calculating the investment environment combination index of 11 provinces in the West China,the differences of the regional investment environment between the West China and the East China,as well as the problems of investment environment of provinces in the West China were analyzed,and some countermeasures were put forward to improve the investment environment in the West China finally.
