摘    要:通过对黄河流域宁夏灌区段河水水质和氮污染物含量的研究发现 :40年来黄河水中各主要离子和总离子浓度不断升高 ,同时无机氮污染物 ( NH4- N、NO2 - N和 NO3 - N)含量也呈不断上升趋势。本文以宁夏灌区为例 ,利用灌区上下游控制断面的水质数据及其它相关资料分析了引起上述变化的原因 ,认为灌区的农业发展 ,即大量的灌溉用水和氮肥的施用所产生的面源污染是导致黄河水质产生这些变化的主要因素 ,并由此认为科学的利用黄河水资源 ,提高化肥利用率是实现该地区可持续发展的必经之路

Abstract:In this paper the water quality and nitrogen contamination of the Yellow River in the section of Ningxia irrigation area were studied. It was found that the concentrations of major ions and non organic nitrogen pollutants(NH 4-N?N0 2-N and NO 3-N) in the river water have been increasing during the past 40 years. The reasons of the phenomenon were analyzed. it was the agricultural development of Ningxia irrigation area that caused the problems, excessive use of the Yellow River water for irrigation excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer in this area were the main causes of the effect. So reasonable use of water resources and improving efficiency of the applied fertilizer were the key to accomplish the sustainable development in this area.
