Abstract:The goal of the research is to estimate the capacity of the atmosphere of Xi'an city,to provide scientific basis for atmosphere total control. The National Standard 'Technical Methods for Making Local Emission Standards of Air Pollutants'is used to derive the macro-total control method. Results show that the capacity of atmosphere SO2 = 11. 38 104t/pa,NO2 = 12. 04 104t/pa,PM10 = 4. 83 104t/pa.
