Abstract:The dynamic research of the snows is the present hot point of the global chang.Qilian Mountain located at the south side in Hexi Corridor,and is the climatic change sensitive and the essential area in Gansu,its snow dynamic distribution has the important meaning to climatic change's influence and the response.Based on EOS/MODIS,NOAA data and weather data,snow proportion were distilled by the linear and commixtured spectrum model.Spatial-temporal distribution of the Qilian Mountain snow、 climate change and its response were monitored and analyzed.Results found: the total snow area of Qilian Mountain showed waveform changes in 1997-2006,a linear and increasing trend.But the eastern and the middle snow area of the Qilian Mountains showed the reducing trend.By analyzing of the general trend of the climatic change,including the temperature,the precipitation,the evaporation,the maximum thickness of the frozen layer and snow area conditions,we found that the snow area of the east consistented with the local climatic conditions,therefore,the eastern snow of the Qilian Mountains were mostly influenced by local climatic conditions.
