Problems of Municipal Ecological Environment and the Sustainable Development in China

The problem of sustainable development of the city is an important subject in its construction and plan.The strategy of the sustainable development has been brought into the long-term national economy and the plan of our country's development of 2010.The ecological environment and environmental protection of the city are the uppermost premise and guarantee for the strategy of sustainable development.Based on the world standpoint,this text summarizes the dialectical relation between the city's entironment and the sustainable development,human social economy activities,natural ecosystem and environmental protection.It discusses the existent problems of the Chinese city's ecological environment and sustainable development in detail and analyzes the case example. It puts forward countermeasures for the sustainable development confronted with serious ecological environment problems.
