摘    要:人类对生态系统大规模开发引起了一系列生态问题,人们也越来越关注生态问题。城市作为社会进步和文明演进的中心,生态问题的研究显得尤其重要。从生态安全的内涵出发,运用压力(pressure)-状态(state)-响应(response)模型建立了城市生态安全综合评价指标,利用熵值法对指标进行赋值并计算指标的权重,对城市自然-经济-社会复合生态系统的安全状况进行综合评价。以长春市为例,从时间尺度(1998-2004)对长春市生态安全的发展进行了趋势分析,同时在空间尺度上按东北、东部、西部地区选择了另外七个城市与长春市生态安全进行了现状对比。分析结果表明该方法具有一定的科学性和合理性,在城市生态安全的管理以及城市可持续发展方面具有重要的指导意义;该方法在城市生态安全状况绝对数值的量化方面还要加强研究。

Abstract:Large scale exploitation of ecosystem leads to severe consequences to which mankind paid more and more attentions.The researches on urban ecological problems are especially important because the city is the centre of social and civilization progress.Starting with the concept of eco-security,a comprehensive indicator system is put forward on the basis of pressure-state-response model.Then using entropy method to evaluate the indicators and calculate their weights to assessment the eco-security of the economic-social-environmental system.Taking Changchun city as an example,the eco-security status is analyzed at tempral scale(1998-2004);meanwhile another 7cities are chosen according to the Northeast,East and West to compare with Changchun in the spatial scale;The results indicate that this method is scientific and reasonable at a certain degrees and it can provide important guidance for the administration of Urban eco-security and the sustainable development.However there is still a lot to do to improve the quantization of the urban ecological security situations with absolute numbers.
