四种固沙灌木苗期抗热抗旱性的研究

摘    要:本文对四种豆科灌木苗期的抗热性和抗旱性做了比较研究。结果表明:四种植物幼苗受害温度范围不同,杨柴>37℃≤45℃,柠条>45℃≤50℃,花棒和大白柠条>50℃≤55℃。高温和干旱均导致幼苗细胞膜伤害,膜透性的增加与植物的抗热性、抗旱性呈负相关。综合评定四种植物幼苗抗热能力为:大白柠条≥花棒>柠条>杨柴;抗旱能力为:大白柠条≥柠条>花棒>杨柴。

Abstract:The heat resistance and drought resistance of seedlings of 4 leguminous shrubs havebeen studied comparatively.The results show that the ranges of injury temperature weredifferent,Hedysarum leave 37℃ 45℃ , Caragana korshinskii 45℃ 55℃, Hedysarumscoparium and Caragana sp 50℃ 55 ℃.Both high temperature and drought results in da-mages to Seedling cell membrane,the increase of membrane permeability was negativelyrelated to plant heat resistibility and drought resistance, According to comprehensive eva-lution, the heat resistibility of seedings of 4 plants was in the order:Caragana sp≥Hedysarum scoparium >Caragana Korshinskii>Hedysarum leave;the drought resistibilityin the order:Caragana sp≥Caragana korshinskii > Hedysarum scoparium > Hedysarum-leave
