榆林沙区樟子松林土壤酶活性与土壤化学性质的通径分析

摘    要:应用通径分析探讨榆林沙区樟子松林地5种土壤化学因子对4种土壤酶活性的影响程度。结果表明:随着林龄增加,土壤酶活性不断增加,土壤化学性质多呈波动性增加的趋势;碱解氮和速效磷是影响蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性的主要因子,而有机质主要通过强烈的间接作用影响两种酶活性的变化;有机质和碱解氮是影响过氧化氢酶活性的主要因子;pH和速效钾对4种酶活性影响力较小;5种化学因子对脲酶活性的直接效应多与间接效应抵消。与简单相关分析相比,通径分析能更深入地揭示土壤化学性质对酶活性的影响程度。

Abstract:The relationships between five kinds of soil chemical properties and four kinds of soil enzyme activities in Pinus sytvestris var.mongolica forest in Yulin sandy area were studied through path analysis.The results showed that with stand age increasing,soil enzyme activities add and chemical properties present fluctuated improving trends.Available nitrogen and available phosphorus play dominant roles in modulating the activities of invertase and phosphatase,however,soil organic matter has strong indirect effects on these two enzyme activities.Soil organic matter and available nitrogen are the main factors of catalase activity.Both of pH and readily available potassium are not the main factors of soil enzyme activities.The direct impacts of five soil chemical properties upon urease activity are largely minimized by the indirect effects.Compared with correlation analysis,path analysis can further reveal the influence of soil chemical properties on soil enzyme activities.
