干旱胁迫对小黑麦生物量及淀粉特性影响的研究

摘    要:以3个小黑麦品种AC Certa、AC Ultima和Blue Alta为实验材料,通过测定轻度、中度及重度干旱胁迫下小黑麦的生物量、淀粉组成及淀粉颗粒形态的变化,探讨干旱胁迫对小黑麦生物量及淀粉特性影响的研究。结果表明:小黑麦生物量及淀粉特性在不同程度的干旱胁迫下变化不一,其中小黑麦的干重在中度及重度干旱胁迫下显著下降,单粒重和总淀粉含量(P<0.05)在重度干旱胁迫下分别显著下降35-46.8%和9.6-18.3%;而直链淀粉含量在中度干旱胁迫下显著(P<0.05)增加5.5-16.5%。小黑麦A、B型淀粉颗粒的比例和淀粉颗粒表面蜂窝状小孔的密度随干旱胁迫程度的加强显著增加(P<0.05),C型淀粉颗粒的比例显著下降(P<0.05)。

Abstract:In the study,Biomass,total starch,starch composition and starch morphology of three triticales varieties(AC Certa,AC Ultima and Blue Alta) were investigated in response to gentle,moderate and severe drought stress,consquently,the effects of drought stress on triticale biomass and triticale starch characters were learned.The results indicated that the single grain weight and total starch were decreased in response to severe drought stress(P<0.05),and it decreased 35-46.8% and 9.6-18.3%,respectively.The amylose content was significantly increased under moderate drought stress(P<0.05),and it increased 5.5-16.5%.The proportions of A-and B-types of starch granules and cellular ostiole density on starch were significantly increased in response to severe drought stress,then C-type starch granules were significantly decreased(P<0.05).
