旅游开发的生态安全导向模式及其实证研究——以内蒙古萨拉乌苏河流域旅游开发为例

当前因过度旅游开发而导致的生态环境和社会问题逐渐显露,因而维护旅游区生态系统完整性和健康水平已成旅游开发的新要求。鉴于此,文中提出了旅游开发的生态安全导向模式的构想,包括旅游资源赋存的生态环境调查、旅游资源的生态价值评价、旅游开发的生态环境适宜度评价、旅游开发的生态环境影响评价、旅游开发的生态安全教育、旅游开发的生态技术可行性分析、旅游开发的生态安全监测预警及旅游开发的生态安全评价等环节。以内蒙古萨拉乌苏河流域为例,选取旅游开发的生态环境适宜度评价这一环节进行实证论证,论证方法是:首先,运用G IS相关软件生成研究区的DEM模型并与其TM影像进行叠加,提取相关数据;然后,分别对研究区的地表切割程度、坡度、坡向、归一化植被指数(NDVI)等进行分析,评价结果表明萨拉乌苏河流域大部分地区的生态环境适宜度都不强,其中30%多的地区生态环境适宜度较差,为此从选址、生态容量、生态关系的安全性三方面提出了旅游开发的生态安全设计,对该研究区旅游的可持续开发利用具有一定的现实指导意义。
