| 摘 要： | 通过参与性评估方法(PRA)对宁南山区原州区和彭阳县的98户农户进行了分层随机抽样调查,采用成本—收益方法对农户退耕还林还草的态度及农户的生态环境行为进行了分析,提出了通过调整农业产业结构,建立生态补偿机制、实施生态移民、建立风险分担制度和社会保障体系等创新机制,以改变农户的短期生态行为。

| Abstract: | This research presented an area-land analysis of farmers' perception and response towards de-farming and reforestation program in the loss hilly area.The analysis was based on a survey of 100 farm households by means of participatory rural appraisal.The personal reasons for action and attitude were revealed by analyzing the cost and revenue of the peasantry.Finally,the result pointed out that consummation of the eco-environmental compensation,eco-environmental emigration,allocation of risk system and social security system were the best ways to change farmers'short eco-environmental action. |
