摘    要:本文研究了在全球气候变暖背景下的宁夏气候变化基本事实。指出,40多年来宁夏的年平均气温在波动中持续上升,增温幅度高于全国平均值,中部干旱带和银川以北冬季的增温幅度达到了2.4度,最大冻土深度明显变浅;年降水量波动变化,增减幅度不大,但近3年降水量有增多的趋势。研究发现:43年来宁夏的蒸发量呈减小趋势,湿度呈增大趋势,两者反位相变化;进入九十年代以来,宁夏全境蒸发量减小和湿度增大的趋势都比较明显,尤其是近3年更为显著,这一事实与传统的观念相左。

Abstract:The climatic changes in Ningxia under the background of global warming has been researched.It has been pointed out that,over the last forty years,the mean annual temperature in Ningxia was continuously rising in fluctuation,with a rising range higher than the mean range of the whole country,that it has reached by 2.4 degree's in the central arid strip part and north Yinchuan in winter,and the deepest frozen earth depth was obviously shallowing;The mean annual precipitation was fluctuating with little change, but has a augment trend in the last 3 years.The research found that: the evaporation value in Ningxia has a reducing trend in the last 43 years,while the humidity has a augmenting trend,and this two changed in reverse;Since the Nineties,both the reducing trend of the evaporation value and the augmenting trend of the humidity was relatively evidence,especially in the last 3years,this is a fact which contrary to the traditional conception
