摘    要:针对新一代多普勒天气雷达投入应用,自动气象站网初步形成,本地中尺度数值预报产品日益丰富,气象卫星资料接收处理系统等多种业务系统日益完善的技术形势,讨论了以多普勒天气雷达产品为核心,多种资料相结合,在省级气象部门业务环境下,短时预报的具体特点和特殊要求。分析表明资料种类多、数据量大、运行周期短、可扩充性要求高是其基本特征。以建立迅捷、高效业务短时预报系统为目的,研究了设计需求、开发策略,并介绍了宁夏短时预报业务系统具体解决的方案与措施。

Abstract:The concrete characteristics and special needs of provincial short-term forecast system were studied by taking Doppler radar data as key source,combined with multi-kind data,and based on operational network and operation environment.Result showed that multi-type sources,huge amount data,short runningcycle,and high flexibility to enhance were basic features of short-term forecast system.The operational demandand developstrategy were analyzed,and practical measureswere introduced to set up an effective systemin Ningxia.
