基于游客体验的吐鲁番葡萄沟维吾尔族家访满意度分析

从游客体验的角度出发,依据吐鲁番葡萄沟景区维吾尔族家访游客满意度问卷调查所获得的数据,应用期望差异理论对游客体验满意度内在原因进行分析。通过因子分析得出构成家访满意度体验要素模型的主因素有吸引物体验、服务体验、基础设施体验、环境体验四个方面。通过满意度的综合计算、配对T检验、IPA分析对游客的期望和满意度进行对比分析,发现吸引物体验是游客期望最高、最为关注的内容;游客在各体验要素上的满意度普遍低于期望程度;环境卫生差、体验程度不够、不能真实反映当地少数民族的生活是引起游客不满的主要原因。

An analysis on satisfaction of Uighur home visiting based on tourist experience at grape valley in Turpan

Integrating the theory of tourism experience with tourist satisfaction,and on the basis of the data collected by the satisfaction questionnaire of tourists who visit the Uigur home in Turpan grape valley,we used factor analysis to build the tourist satisfaction model.Then the elements of tourist experience were gotten: attraction experience,service experience,infrastructure experience,environmental experience.Calculation of satisfaction,Paired-Sample T Test and IPA analysis were applied to analyze the difference between the tourist expectation and satisfaction.Result showed the attraction experience is the most attention for tourists;And we got the conclusion that tourists' satisfaction is generally lower than their expectation on every element.The main factors which effect the tourists' satisfaction are insanitary environmental,low experience,can not reflecting the genuine lives of local ethnic minorities.
