摘    要:以新疆北疆博乐市精河县托托乡连作5年、10年、15年、20年和30年的棉田土壤为研究对象,应用Pearson相关分析方法对不同连作年限棉田土壤基本理化性状及酶活性进行了分析。结果表明:棉花连作对土壤理化性质及酶活性有较大影响,土壤pH、有机质、全氮与四种土壤酶相关性较好,是影响酶活性的重要因子;随着连作年限增加,过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶活性增强,磷酸酶、脲酶活性降低;不同种土壤酶随土层厚度的增加酶活性逐渐降低,并在三个土层中存在显著差异;棉田连作对土壤理化性质及酶活性的影响有利也有弊,在评价土壤肥力状况方面,某些土壤酶可以作为土壤生化过程强度的较好指标。

Abstract:Xinjiang is the maximal production base of excellent quality cotton in our country.Choose cotton field in Tuotuo of Bole city as the object,we studied the soil physical-chemical natures,the change of soil enzyme activities,and correlation between them in cotton fields which have been continuous cropped for 5years,10years,15years,20years,30years.The results showed that corpping years has realetively impact on soil physical-chemical natures and soil enzyme activities.The correlations between soil pH,organic matter,total nitrogen and four kinds of soil enzyme are good,and is different between the soil layers.It illustrated that soil physical-chemical propeties are the important factors affecting soil enzyme activity.Along with the cropping years the catalase and invertase activities enhanced,phosphatase,and urease activities reduced;Different kinds of soil enzyme activities gradually reduced,and the three layers were significant differences with the increase of the soil layer;Continuous cropping had both positive and negative effect on soil properties and enzyme activities;Certain soil enzymes can be as the key indicators for biochemical processes strength in the evaluation of soil fertility.
