城市区域的发展定位研究——以大克拉玛依地区为例

在经济全球化与区域化交互作用背景下,世界城市化进程进入了新的阶段,城市区域在世界范围内广泛兴起与发展,逐步成为参与全球经济活动的主要空间舞台与核心单元,因此对城市区域的发展定位进行研究具有重要理论与现实意义。鉴于目前有关城市区域发展定位的研究相对较少,文中首先对城市区域的发展进行了回顾,并基于传统城市定位理论与城市区域发展定位对比研究,总结了城市区域发展定位的重要特征,即区域内部一体化、区域化和全球化。考虑到目前我国新疆地区经济发展的特殊现实需求,文章选择了城市区域化发展态势较好的大克拉玛依地区为案例,对其发展定位进行探讨,研究发现:从城市区域角度出发,对大克拉玛依地区的发展定位将有助于地区自身区位条件、经济基础、资源优势以及石化产业基础充分发挥,从而有助于为我国西部地区构筑一个参与全球经济活动的重要平台。

Study on the development orientation of the city regions——Taking wide Karamay areas for an example

Under the background of interaction of economic globalization and regionalization,the world urbanization process has entered a new stage.As a result,the city regions are widely emerging in China and all over the world,and become the main space stage to involve the modern global economic activity and the key spatial unit of global economy.Thus positioning the development orientation for city the regions has important theoretical and practical significance.Considering the current development orientation of city regions is relatively little,based on the analysis of the traditional theory of city location and the background of the development of city regions,this article makes a comparison between the traditional urban location theory and the development orientation of city regions,obtaining some important characteristics for development orientation of city regions,namely,intra-regional integration,regionalization and globalization.Given the current specific practical economic development needs for Xinjiang province of China,we choose the wide Karamay areas for an example to study its development orientation,considering the better urban regionalization development trend of this region,hoping to provide guidance and reference for the sustained,healthy and rapid socio-economic development of Xinjiang province.
