| 摘 要： | 近年来,旅游资源非优区开发现象已非鲜见,然而,旅游学界对此并未给予足够的重视,以致关于旅游资源非优区的理论问题研究滞后。本文正是在这样一个背景下,对旅游资源非优区开发的影响因素、非优区的优化机制及理论依据等有关问题进行了研究,并尝试提出一种开发的盈利模式。

| Abstract: | In recent years, it is common to see tourism development in those so-called non-optimal tourism areaswhere both tourist resources and high quality tourist resources are lack. However, researchers haven't paid enough attention to such phenomena. As a result, many basic theoretical problems haven't been studied yet. In this context, some of the basic theoretical problems of non-optimal tourism areas are studied, including the causes and optimizing mechanisms in their development , and try to put forward a profit mode for the development of non-optimal tourism areas. |
