摘    要:在对唑草酮进行残留分析试验的过程中,对其浓度的分析检测方法有很多。通过HPLC和LC-MS对唑草酮原药的检测比较,得到HPLC对唑草酮的LOD为0.011 mg/L,LOQ为0.036 mg/L;LC-MS对唑草酮的LOD为0.036 ng/L,LOQ为2.04 ng/L,且HPLC和LC-MS对唑草酮原药的检测方法都具有易操作、分离特性好的特点,但LC-MS的检出限比HPLC低,推荐LC-MS适合用来分析唑草酮含量较低的样品,而HPLC适合用来分析唑草酮含量较高的样品。

Comparison of Detection Methods of Carfentrazone Ethyl by HPLC and LC-MS
Abstract:There are many methods for determining the carfentrazone-ethyl concentration as part of residue analyses. The detection of carfentrazone -ethyl by HPLC and LC -MS was compared.The LOD and LOQ by HPLC were 0.011 mg/L and 0.036 mg/L,respectively.The LOD and LOQ by LC-MS were 0.036 ng/L and 2.04 ng/L,respec-tively.Both the HPLC and LC-MS detection methods for carfentrazone-ethyl are easy to operate.The characteristics of separation properties are good but the detection limit of LC-MS is lower than that of HPLC.LC-MS is suitable for the analysis of samples containing low concentrations of carfentrazone-ethyl and HPLC for those having high content samples of the herbicide.
