不同施肥处理对南天竹幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

摘    要:目的]研究不同施肥量对南天竹苗木生长及生理的影响.方法]试验在田间条件下,设置了不施肥对照(CK)、常规施肥(T50)、增量施肥(T100)3种施肥处理,测定南天竹的重要生长和生理指标.结果]不同施肥处理下南天竹苗高、生物量、硝态氮、硝酸还原酶均呈T50>T100>CK的趋势.结论]通过综合评价,适宜的施肥量为25 g/m 2.

Effects of Different Fertilizer Treatments on Growth and Physiological Characters of Nadina domestica Seedlings

Abstract:Objective]This paper studied the effects of fertilizer amounts on the growth and physiological characters of Nadina domestica seedlings.Methods]The test was conducted under the field condition?3 fertilization treatments,including the control group(CK),the conventional fertilization(T50),and the incremental fertilization(T100),were set up.The important growth and physiological indexes of Nadina domestica were measured.Results]The results showed that the order of the height,biomass,nitrate nitrogen,and nitrate reductase of Nadina domestica seedlings with different fertilization treatments were as follows:T50>T100>CK.Conclusion]By comprehensive evaluation,the optimum fertilizer amount was 25g/m2.
