苦瓜枯萎病病残体上病菌的存活力及其传病作用

摘    要:在土表、田边草丛和室内纸盒中的病残体上越冬的苦瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. momordicae Sun & Huang),次年均有传病作用;在稻田水中和稻田泥下5~10 cm处的病菌,3 个月内失去传病力;菜土地下5~10 cm处的病菌,经6~12个月也相继失去传病力,菜地土表和田边草丛中的则需12~18个月失去存活力。木霉可加速病残体上病菌的死亡。

Abstract:The pathogen of the watermelon leaf blight (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. momordicae Sun &; Huang)overwintering in the crop residues on the ground or on the weeds by the watermelon fields or in the craft box indoors has potential infectivity in the coming year. The pathogen on the residues in the water or 5-10 cm below the soil surface in rice fields would lose their infection ability within 3 months. The pathogens into dry soils 5-10 cm deep gradually lost their infectivity within 6-12 months, but the pathogens on the ground or on the weeds by the watermelon fields lost their infectivity within about 12-18 months. The dying process of the dormant pathogen could be expedited by Trichoderma sp.
