利迪链霉菌A02的抑菌谱及其抑菌活性的稳定性

摘    要:离体抑菌试验表明,利迪链霉菌A02对植物病原真菌具有广谱的抑制活性,不同病原菌种类对其敏感性有一定的差异,果蔬灰霉病菌、番茄早疫病菌、小麦赤霉病菌和小麦纹枯病菌的敏感性较高;无菌发酵滤液稳定性测定显示,A02抑菌活性物质具有很好的热稳定性和耐酸碱、抗日光照射的特性,在70℃以下、pH5~8的条件下能较好地保持其抑菌活性。研究结果表明,拮抗菌A02在植物真菌性病害,尤其是半知菌引起的病害的生物防治中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:The antimicrobial activity and stability of Streptomyces lydicus A02 were determined.In the in vitro assay,strain A02 represented a broad antifungal spectrum against plant pathogenic fungi tested in the experiment.The four pathogens,Botrytis cinerea,Alternaria solani,Fusarium graminearium and Rhizoctonia cerealis,were especially sensitive to the strain.According to the tests on the filtrates from the fermented broth of strain A02,the antifungal substance produced by A02 displayed a higher stability to heat,light,acid and base.It could keep a good antifungal activity under conditions of-70 ℃ and pH5-8.The results showed that S.lydicus A02 has a huge potential for further development in biocontrol of plant fungal diseases,especially those caused by fungi imperfecti.
