摘    要:2006年对藏北高寒草原牧场的高原鼠兔种群密度进行了抽样堵洞调查,以夹捕法调查作为补充,同时通过捕尽法确定洞口系数约为0.11,在此基础上以有效洞口数推算调查点高原鼠兔绝对密度约为53.72只/hm2。通过相关分析,建立高原鼠兔种群-洞口密度增长模型,可根据洞口密度估算高原鼠兔种群密度,为西藏草原鼠类防治提供参考。

Abstract:The burrow index is an index for relative density of small burrowing rodents.It is possible to transfer relative density into absolute one with this index,such as burrow density.A field investigation of the plateau pika Ochotona curzoniae was carried out on grasslands in Naqu of Tibet in 2006.By plugging the burrows in sampling plots and check-up after 24 hours,the relative pika density was estimated with the percentage of open burrows.Pikas in the plots were trapped out to produce a burrow index,which was 0.11.The average burrow density could be converted into an absolute density of,53.72 ind./hm2.Correlations between plateau pika population density and other factors were also analyzed,which was used to establish a "population-burrow" density-increasing model.
