枣园绿盲蝽越冬卵的空间分布及诱集管诱集效率

摘    要:为了探明枣园绿盲蝽越冬卵的空间分布特点,并验证自制越冬卵诱集管的诱集效果,于2019年和2020年11月在宁夏灵武长枣园采用棋盘式取样法调查了枣树当年休眠期枣枝剪口、枣股和翘皮缝处的绿盲蝽越冬卵分布情况,并分别于当年9月使用自制诱集管(仿真枝条剪口)收集绿盲蝽越冬卵,对其进行防效评价。结果表明,绿盲蝽越冬卵在枣树各部位带卵率依次为树体中部>树体内膛>树体下部>树体上部。诱集管中填充物紧实度为0.94 g/cm~3的诱集管带卵率显著低于紧实度为0.58 g/cm~3的,4 mm直径的诱集管平均卵量显著低于6.4 mm直径和9 mm直径,诱集管带卵率占比67.47%~73.92%,平均卵量占比22.07%~30.17%。调查结果表明田间布设紧实度为0.58 g/cm~3和直径6.4 mm的诱集管,可有效地收集绿盲蝽越冬代卵。为枣园绿盲蝽的绿色生态防控提供了应用技术支撑。

Abstract:In order to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of the overwintering eggs of Apolygus lucorum in jujube orchard and determine the trapping effect of self-made traps, chessboard sampling method was used to investigate the distribution of the overwintering eggs of A.lucorum collected in jujube branches, jujube stocks and skin cracks of Lingwu jujube orchard in Ningxia from 2019 to 2020, the self-made traps (simulated branch cutting) were used to collect the overwintering eggs of A.lucorum in September, and the control effect was evaluated. The results showed that the carrying rate of eggs in different parts of the jujube tree was in the order of middle part of tree > bore of tree > lower part of tree > upper part of tree. The egg carrying rate of group 0.94 g/cm3 was significantly lower than that of group 0.58 g/cm3. The average egg number of 4 mm diameter traps was significantly lower than that of 6.4 mm diameter and 9 mm diameter traps. The egg carrying rate of traps was 67.47%-73.92% and the average egg number was 22.07%-30.17%, respectively. The investigation results showed that a trap tube with a compactness of 0.58 g/cm3 and a diameter of 6.4 mm in the field can effectively collect the overwintering eggs of A.lucorum, which can effectively reduce the base population of A.lucorum overwintering generation and provide technical support for the green ecological control of A.lucorum in jujube orchard.
