摘    要:根结线虫在内蒙古设施黄瓜生产中平均造成30%以上的产量损失,危害严重时导致绝收,为了明确41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC有效防治黄瓜根结线虫的最佳施药时期,在定植后当天、3 d、7 d和15 d分别使用41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC稀释1 500倍液灌根;以定植后当天使用对照药剂20%噻唑膦EW稀释1 000倍液灌根、10%噻唑膦GR 2 kg/667 m2地面撒施及未施药处理为对照,施药71 d后41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC处理区的土壤根结线虫虫口减退率分别为43.75%、37.39%、32.05%、18.12%,对黄瓜根结线虫的防治效果分别为66.4%、60.8%、55.6%、33.4%,对照药剂处理根结线虫虫口减退率分别为36.4%、25.0%,防治效果分别为64.6%、39.8%。研究结果表明,〖JP+1〗41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC稀释1 500倍药液于设施黄瓜定植后当天和3 d灌根处理对根结线虫的防治效果较好,都达到60%以上,增产明显,分别为25.1%和39.2%,本研究为41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC防治黄瓜根结线虫提供理论依据。

Abstract:Root-knot nematodes have caused yield reductions of more than 30% in greenhouse cucumber in Inner Mongolia. When the damage is very serious, there will be no harvest. To determine the optimal application period of fluopyram 41.7% SC for control of root-knot nematode in greenhouse cucumber, fluopyram 41.7% SC were diluted 1 500 times for root irrigation on the day of planting, 3 d, 7 d and 15 d after planting. The positive control included fosthiazate 20% EW of 1 000 times dilution for root irrigation and fosthiazate 10% GR 2 kg/667 m2 for ground spreading, and no treatment as a negative control. The nematode population decline rates of root-knot nematode in soil were 43.75%, 37.39%, 32.05% and 18.12%, respectively, after different application period of fluopyram 41.7% SC. The control efficacies of fluopyram 41.7% SC with different treatments were 66.4%, 60.8%, 55.6% and 33.4%, respectively. The nematode population decline rates of fosthiazate 20% EW and fosthiazate 10% GR were 36.4% and 25.0%, and the control efficacies of the two control nematicides were 64.6% and 39.8%, respectively. It showed 1 500 times dilution of fluopyram 41.7% SC had strong inhibition activity on root-not nematode and the control efficacies were both above 60% when plants were treated by root-irrigation after planting day and three days, and yield increased by 25.1% and 39.2%, respectively. This study provided a basis for cucumber root-knot nematode control by fluopyram 41.7% SC.
