黄皮甲醇提取物的抑真菌作用研究

摘    要:采用生长速率法测定了黄皮植株甲醇提取物对香蕉炭疽病菌等12种植物病原真菌的生物活性.研究结果表明:黄皮植株甲醇提取物,对香蕉炭疽病菌和辣椒炭疽病菌等有一定的活性;在10 mg/mL的浓度下,黄皮果核、树皮、枝叶和花索的甲醇提取物,对香蕉炭疽病菌菌丝生长的抑制率分别为88.83%、84.61%、72.23%和50.11%;黄皮果核甲醇提取物对香蕉炭疽病菌的EC50为4.34 mg/mL。黄皮果核甲醇提取物的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取组分对香蕉炭疽病菌的活性研究表明,氯仿层的活性最高,抑制率为86.11%。黄皮果核甲醇提取物的氯仿萃取物对香蕉炭疽病菌的EC50为2.37 mg/mL。

Abstract:The activity of the methanol extract of Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels was assayed against 12 kinds of fungi using growth rate methods. The results showed that all methanol extracts displayed antifungal activities against Colletotrichum musae to some extent. The inhibition rate of the methanol extracts of the stone, cortex, leafstalk and scape of C. lansium against C. musae were 88.83%, 84.61%, 72.23% and 50.11% at 10 mg/mL, respectively. The EC50 of the methanol extract of the stone against C. musae is 4.34 mg/mL. The antifungal activities of petroleum ether, trichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n butanol extracts against Rhizoctonia solani were also tested, and the results showed that the highest activity was seen in trichloromethane extract, with an inhibitory rate of 86.11%. The EC50 of trichloromethane extract was 2.37 mg/mL.
