摘    要:本试验对小麦光腥黑粉菌冬孢子粉在90℃,100℃,110℃,120℃,125℃,130℃,135℃和140℃进行了干热杀菌试验,在70℃,相对湿度70%,75%,80%,85%,90%,75℃,相对湿度65%,70%,75%,80%,85%,80℃,相对湿度55%,65%,70%,75%,85%;85℃,相对湿度60%,65%,70%,80%,90%进行了湿热杀菌试验,并通过焓增量值同杀菌时间TD

Abstract:Dry heat treatments of teliospores of T. foetida BZwere conducted at temperature of 90, 100, 110, 120, 125, 130, 135 and 140 respectively for certain period of time.Moist heat treatments were conducted under relative humidity of 70u???% at temperature of 70; under RH 65pu??% at 80; under RH 55epu?% at 75; under RH 60ep??% at 85Moist TDT curve, log(TDT)=3.3959-0.0031H, was made by linear regression of logarithm of TDT and the specific enthalpy at correspond temperature and relative humidity, and the correlation coefficient r=-0.9153.
