| 摘 要： | 目前国门生物安全形势比较严峻,本文从进境货物检疫、完善进境邮件的查验机制、实验室建设、外来有害生物的预警能力建设、外来有害生物的风险评估、生物安全应急处置能力建设、立法建设、执法建设、联防联控建设、在高校开设国门生物安全课程以及加强宣传教育等11个方面提出了应对措施,以供完善国门生物安全体系构建参考。

| Abstract: | Currently the biosafety situation in our country is very severe,This paper mainly put forward some measures in eleven items as belows:quarantining the import cargos,improving the system of import mail inspection,establishing of the lab,building the capacity of forewarning of alien pest,risk assessment of alien invasive species,improving the capacity of emergency disposal of biosafety,the construction of legislation,law enforcement,joint control and prevention,setting up the course of biosafety in National universities and strengthening propaganda and education.It is reference for improving the construction of national biosafety defense system. |
