摘    要:本文研究了饲料中添加盐生杜氏藻粉(0%、0.5%、1%、2%和4%)对脊尾白虾(平均初始湿重0.715g)存活和生长的影响。实验周期30 d。结果表明:白虾存活率以1%添加组最高,特定生长率和吸收效率以2%添加组最高,摄食量以4%添加组最高,而饲料系数以1%添加组最低;回归分析表明,脊尾白虾特定生长率达到最大值时的盐生杜氏藻粉添加量为2.76%。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary Dunaliella salina(DS: 0%, 0.5%. 1%, 2% and 4%) on survival and growth of juvenile Exopalaemon carinicauda with the initial wet body weight of 0.71-0.72g. The experiment lasted for 30 days. The results showed that the survival was highest in shrimps fed 1% DS, the specific growth rate and absorption efficiency were highest in those fed 2% DS, food consumption were highest in those fed 4% DS, while food conversion ratio was lowest in those fed 1% DS; regression analysis indicated that 2.76% DS in diets was adequate for Exopalaemon carinicauda to reach the maximum growth rate.
