沙塘鳢鱼苗窒息点与耗氧率的初探

摘    要:为沙塘鳢工厂化苗种培育、运输等提供基础数据,现对其苗种阶段窒息点与耗氧率进行初探。试验采用三个水浴槽,将水温分别控制在15℃、20℃、27℃,每个水浴槽放入10尾鱼,放入探头,石蜡封面,每小时记录1次。试验结果:耗氧率分别为0.0646,0.0786和0.1038 mg/(g·h)。耗氧率随水温增加而增加,沙塘鳢的窒息点为0.1357mg/L。

Abstract:Technologies of propagation and transportation Odontobutis obscura could be referred to these researches on the suffocation point and the oxygen consumption rate of Odontobutis obscura.In three thermostat-controlled water-bath,10 juvenile fishes were stocked respectively in each water-bath,with water temperature controlled at 15℃、20℃、and 27℃relatively,Results recorded in each hour.Results showed that:juvenile Odontobutis obscura had oxygen consumption capacity of 0.0646 mg/(g·h),0.0786 mg/(g·h),0.1038 mg/(g·h) and the suffocation point of 0.1038 mg /L.The oxygen consumption capacity and the water temperature were positively correlated.
