| 摘 要： | 试验探讨了Cu2 、Hg2 、Cd2 、Pb2 4种重金属离子对淡水石斑鱼仔鱼的急性毒性作用。试验表明:Hg2 、Cd2 、Cu2 和 Pb2 对淡水石斑鱼仔鱼的96hLC50分别为0．069 mg/L、0．48 mg/L、0．928 mg/L和3．421 mg/L,安全浓度分别为0．00069 mg/L、 0．00481 mg/L、0．00978 mg/L和0．0321 mg/L。急性毒性由强至弱依次为:Hg2 >Cd2 >Cu2 >pb2 。

| Abstract: | This study dealed with the acute toxicity of Hg2 ,Cd2 ,Cu2 ,Pb2 to larval of Cichlasoma managuense. LC50 and safety concentrations of Hg2 ,Cd2 ,Cu2 ,Pb2 to larval of Cichlasoma managuense ewere calculated in 96 hours. The medial lethal concentrations of Hg2 ,Cd2 ,Cu2 ,Pb2 to larval of Cichlasoma managuense were 0.069mg/L,0.48mg/L,0.928mg/L,3.421mg/L respectively. The safe concentration of Hg2 ,Cd2 ,Cu2 ,Pb2 to larval of Cichlasoma managuense were 0.00069mg/L,0.0048mg/L, 0.00928mg/L,0.03421mg/L respectively. The toxic order of the four heavy metals to larval of Cichlasoma managuense was Hg2 >Cd2 |
