| 摘 要： | 用添加不同浓度植物激素(IBA和6一BA)的PES培养液对条斑紫菜体细胞进行培养，观察其对条斑紫菜体细胞生长发育的影响。结果表明：酶解的条斑紫菜近基部体细胞离体培养可发育成细胞团和叶状体，低浓度的IBA有利于体细胞向叶状体方向发育，而低浓度的6一BA有利于体细胞发育成细胞团。

| Abstract: | During the culture of isolated cells of Porphyra yezoensis in different concentration IBA and 6 - BA media of PES, their effects were observed on isolated cells development. The results showed that the isolated somatic cells can regenerate and develop as cell - groups and thalli. The IBA medium of 10ppm show favourable to developing as thalli. The 6 - BA medium of 1ppm show favourable to forming cell -groups. |
