| 摘 要： | 采用高锰酸钾、甲醛和强氯精3种消毒剂对中国龙虾进行急性毒性试验。结果表明：高锰酸钾对中国龙虾的24、48、72和96h的LC50分别是4.49、4.44、4.39和4.22mg/L,安全浓度是1.32mg/L。甲醛对中国龙虾24、48、72和96h的LC50分别是135.19、125.22、125.22和121.79mL/m3,安全浓度为34.80mL/m3。强氯精对中国龙虾的24、48、72和96h的LC50分别为40.97,36.63,36.25mg/L和36.25mg/L。安全浓度为8.68mg/L。

| Abstract: | Acute toxicity experiments of three disinfectants on Panulirus stimpson were discussed in the paper.The results showed that:the 24 h LC50,48 h LC50,72 h LC50 and 96 h LC50 of Potassium permanganate were 4.49 mg/L,4.44 mg/L,4.39 mg/L and 4.22 mg/L,respectively,and its safe-concentration was 1.32 mg/L.The 24 h LC50,48 h LC50,72 h LC50 and 96 h LC50 of Formalin were 135.19 mL/m3,125.22 mL/m3,125.22 mL/m3 and 121.91 mL/m3,respectively,and its safe concentration was 34.80 mL/m3.The 24 h LC50,48 h LC50,72 h LC50 ... |
