大珠母贝对常用饵料摄食及消化能力研究

摘    要:2009年5月至6月在雷州珍稀海洋生物国家级自然保护区育苗场进行了大珠母贝对常用饵料摄食及消化能力试验,结果表明:大珠母贝对实验所使用的常用生物或非生物饵料均有较强的摄食能力,从投喂饵料到排出粪便只有3~4 h,所排出的粪便呈条块状;但显微镜检查粪便发现,大珠母贝不能有效消化试验所用的生物饵料,排出粪便中生物饵料细胞完整,而且保持生命活力;大珠母贝对非生物饵料亦不能有效消化,粪便中颗粒与所投喂的饵料颗粒形状、大小一致。

Abstract:Experiments of the feeding ability and digestion of Pinctada maxima to some common diets were done at the preservation of Leizhou rare marine creature.Results showed that Pinctada maxima could filter and eat the grains of the common diets efficient,it took only three to four hours from feeding to expeling faeces,and the faeces was Strip-shaped with the similar color to the diets used.But we observed the faeces under a microscope and discovered that the unit-cell Phytoplankton couldn't be digested by Pinctada maxima at all,the cells in faeces were integrated and kept alive.
