摘    要:鱼类等水产品因消费水平的提升而进入千家万户,但随着城镇化进程的推进,水产品受到严重的重金属污染。重金属污染具有较长的生物半衰期和潜在毒性,通过食物链对人体健康造成不容小觑的风险。因此,研究人员也广泛关注水产品重金属污染检测及去除技术。文章阐述了重金属对水生生物和人类的危害,对现有检测技术的优缺点进行比较,也对开发快速检测技术提出展望,结合水产品重金属污染现状,采取技术手段去除重金属,旨在为水产品重金属污染相关研究提供科学参考。

Abstract:Fish and other aquatic products have entered thousands of households due to the increase in consumption levels.But,with the rapid progress of urbanization,aquatic products are seriously polluted by heavy metals.Due to their persistence,long biological half-life and potential toxicity,the risks to human health through the food chain should not be underestimated.Therefore,researchers are also paying attention to the detection and prevention technology of heavy metal pollution in aquatic products.The article first clarifies the harm of heavy metals to aquatic organisms and humans,compares the advantages and disadvantages of existing detection technologies,and also proposes prospects for the development of rapid detection technologies,combined with the current status of heavy metal pollution in aquatic products.Technical means to remove and control,aim to provide a scientific reference for research related to heavy metal pollution in aquatic products.
