美洲鲥幼鱼饲料中蛋白质的适宜含量

为研究饲料中不同蛋白质含量对美洲鲥幼鱼生长的影响,设置了蛋白质含量分别为35%、40%和45%的3组实验,经过41d的试验得出:蛋白质含量为40%的饲料组,幼鱼的增重率、特定生长率最高(P<0.05);蛋白质含量为40%组和45%组的蛋白质效率和饲料转化率无显著差异(P>0.05),但均高于35%组(P<0.05)。

Optimum content of protein in diets for juveniles of Alosa sapidissima

The optimum protein requirement for juveniles of Alosa sapidissima were determined using practical diets containing 35%,40% and 45% of dietary protein for 41 days. The results showed that the fish fed the feed containing 40% dietary protein had the maximal growth rate in weight and special growth rate (SGR)(P<0.05). The protein efficiency ratio (PER)and feed conversion ratio(FCR)of the fish fed the feed containing 40% and 45% of dietary protein were significantly higher than those in the fish fed the feed containing 35% protein(P<0.05),although the PER and FCR of group 40% and 45% had no significant difference (P>0.05). Based on the analysis,the optimum content of protein in the diet to culture juveniles of A. sapidissima is about 40%.
