泥蚶人工育苗立体附苗技术的研究

摘    要:采用不同附着基,进行泥蚶人工育苗中立体平面附着与池底平面附着的对比试验。结果:立体平面附着基使单位水体出苗量增加了3.4~5.3倍;透明和黑色波纹板附着效果较好,沙盘次之,扇贝盘和棕帘最差;底辅黑色有孔波纹板,好于透明波纹板。并发现泥蚶一般在大潮期间产卵,光照800~1000Lx下幼虫发育未见异常。

Abstract:A contrastive experiment was made on spat fall of Anadara granosa with the solid plane and the pond-bottom plane as substrate in the artificial seed-rearing. The result showed that the amount of seeds emerging out of the water body per unit increased 3. 4-5. 3 times due to using the solid plane as substrate; using the transparent, ripple and black board as substrate achieved better setting efficiency, the sand-plate was not so good and the scallop shell and the palm fibre screen were the worst;the black ripple board with holes unfolded on the bottom was better than the transparent ripple board. It was also found that the Anadara granosa generally spawned at high tidal period and the illumination below 800-1 000 Lx did not influence the development of the larvae.
