| 摘 要： | 在实验室条件下测定了盐度、氨氮对单环刺螠耗氧率的影响。单环刺螠耗氧率随时间的延长逐渐降低，两者之间呈二次多项式关系：OR=ax^2＋bx＋c；盐度对单环刺螠耗氧率的影响非常明显（p〈0．01），盐度在31时，各种规格单环刺螠的耗氧率达到最大值；单环刺螠的耗氧率与NH4^＋浓度呈明显幂函数关系：OR=ax^-b，经F检验总氨氮与体重对单环刺螠耗氧率的影响均达极显著水平（p〈0．01）。

| Abstract: | The oxygen consumption rate of Urechis unicinctus was determined in different salinity and ammonia-N concentration sea water in laboratory.
