摘    要:采用静水法研究了臭氧对不同发育时期中国对虾的毒性。结果表明,臭氧对中国对虾受精卵、无节幼体、蚤状幼体、糠虾和仔虾的无显著毒性浓度(24小时)分别为0.80mg/L、0.08mg/L、0.48mg/L、0.87mg/L和1.36mg/L;不同发育时期中国对虾对臭氧的耐受能力为:无节幼体<蚤状幼体<糠虾,受精卵<仔虾。建议采用0.2mg/L左右浓度的臭氧对海水进行消毒处理,经充分曝气后再应用于育苗生产。

Abstract:The stagnant water method was applied to study on the toxicity of the ozone to different stage of the prawn. The results indicated that the concentration of the ozone under which had no apparent toxicity within 24 hours to the egg,nauplius,zoea,mysis and postlarval was 0.80 mg/L,0.08 mg/L,0.48 mg/L,0.87 mg/L,1.36 mg/L respectively. The sequence of the tolerance of the different stage larvae to the ozone was as the following:nauplius,the lowest,then zoea.mysis and egg,postlarval,the highest. Based on the results.using ozone under the concentration of 0.284 mg/L to disinfect the water and aerating sufficiently before seed-rearing production was proposed.
