灵山岛浅海岩礁区刺参增殖放流研究

摘    要:1991-1992年在灵山岛西侧海区进行了刺参增殖放流试验。结果表明,笼播参苗在自然海区比较安全,参苗存活率为10%左右。撒播参苗因短期内较骓适应自然海况,易被海流带走等多种因素,参苗存活率甚低。

Abstract:The experiments in the enhancement release of the Apostichopus japonicus were carried out in the sea area in the west of Lingshandao from 1991 to 1992.The results preliminarily showed thatthe Apostichopus japonicus seedling cultivated by cage culture was safer with a high rate of survival and suitable for enhancement.While the Apostichopus japonicus seedling cultivated by throw culture cannot be timely adhered to the base rock and therefore it can easily be carried away by tidal currents.Because of this and some other disadvantageous factors,the Apostichopus japonicus seedling by throw culture canses a low survival rate and it isn't good for enhancement.
