摘    要:利用体重1~4kg的怀仔黑亲鱼56尾,完全人工控制弱光,长流水、自然水温培育,共产仔272万尾。布池后,根据不同日龄投喂轮虫、卤虫无节幼体、配饵和糠虾,控制光照,调节水质,防病治病,及时疏稀,420m~3水体育出平均全长28.8mm的黑苗77.6万尾,总成活率30%。认为,全人工控制光源蓄养亲鱼,溢水法布池,夜间开灯少量投饵,效果较好。

Abstract:56 brood Sebastodes fuscescens with 1~4 kg of the body weight were cultured in a breeding pond in which the water(natural temperature) was kept continuous running and the light was controlled at weak illumination. These brood fish gave birth to fry totalled 2. 78 million.The fry were stocked into rearing ponds and fed on Rotatoria, Nauplius of Artemia salina, com-pound feed and Mysis according to the different day-age. The illumination and the water quality of the rearing pond were controlled. The fry density in the pond and the fry disease were separately decreased and contolled in time. The water body of 420 m~3 produced 776 thousand fry with the to-tal body length of 28. 8 mm on average. The total survival rate was 30 %. The better breeding ef-fect results in artificial controlling illumination to culture brcod fish, stocking fry with water over-flowing method, keep the light on in the night and feeding a small amount of diet at every time.
