| 摘 要： | 利用藻类在线分析仪测定了3种不同微藻(盐藻、角毛藻、金藻)的荧光值,同时采用经典方法同步测定叶绿素a浓度和细胞密度。分析结果显示,荧光值与叶绿素a浓度、细胞密度具有显著的正相关关系。因此,利用藻类在线分析仪能够反映海水中微生物量的变化,也能够反映海水中叶绿素a浓度的变化。藻类在线分析仪的应用,能够及时掌握海水中生态环境的变化,为海域自然灾害的预警提供有力的科学依据。

| Abstract: | T he fluorescent value of three microalgaes including Dunaliella salina ,Chaetoceros ,Chryso-phyta were deter mined by algae online analyser .Compared with cell density and chlorophyll -a con-tent ,it showed good linear interrelation .So ,algae online analyser can reflect the variety of microalgal biomass and chlorophyll -a content from sea water .The application of algae online analyzer can know ecology enviro nment change ,which supply scientific evidence for natural disaster area warning . |
