| 摘 要： | 聚合酶链式反应PCR具有特异性强、灵敏度高、快速简便及重复性好等优点,多种临床样品均可用PCR进行检测,现已开发出多种PCR新技术,用于生物学科的各个领域。本文对PCR技术的原理及其在动物疫病尤其是对虾病毒病的检测中的应用及研究进展做一综述,以期对对虾病毒病的诊断与防治有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The advantages of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was specific,sensitive,rapid,reproducible,simple and so on.Various of clinecal samples could be detected by PCR and now many new PCR technology was developed for biological disciplines in various fields.In this paper,the principle of PCR and its application in shrimp virus disease detection was reviewed.It would help for the diagnosis and prevention of shrimp virus disease. |
