小龙虾不同部位的无机砷含量分析比较

摘    要:在6mol/L盐酸水浴条件下,无机砷以氯化物形式被提取,实现无机砷和有机砷的分离,用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定小龙虾不同部位的无机砷含量,检出限为0.05mg/kg,回收率在93.3%~105.2%之间,RSD<5%。检测结果表明,小龙虾无机砷含量具有明显的部位差异,内脏与鳃的含量远高于肌肉中的含量。

Abstract:In 6mol/l hydrochloric acid bath conditions,inorganic arsenic to achieve the separation in chloride extraction,inorganic arsenic in different parts of crayfish were determinated by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,the detection limit were 0.05 mg/kg,recovery of additional standard(n=3)was93.3%~105.2%,and RSD was lower than 5%.Test results showed that inorganic arsenic in crayfish obvious differences in the site,internal organs and gill were much higher than the content in muscles.
